Their desire is for every child to not only learn the Bible, but to develop a genuine and personal relationship with Jesus. They are committed to creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and excited to grow in their faith.Married for a year, Dylan and Emily consider serving together in ministry both a blessing and a calling. They see each child as a gift from God and a future leader in His Kingdom, and they look forward to partnering with families and the church to invest in the spiritual growth of the children God has entrusted to them.

Youth Leaders
Josh & Tiffany Hyatt
Josh & Tiffany have a deep passion for seeing students come alive in their faith and grow in a real relationship with Jesus. Josh has served as the youth pastor at VCOG for 11 years, following God's call to pour into teenagers and help them discover who they are in Christ. He loves connecting with students where the are, challenging them to grow, and cheering them on as they take steps in their faith. Tiffany shares that same heart and supports the ministry in countless ways behind the scenes. Married for 16 years, Josh and Tiffany are raising 2 teenage boys, Michael and Matthew, who keep life fun, loud, and full of energy. As a family, they enjoy all things sports and love spending time in the mountains. Whether at church, on the field, or just hanging out, The Hyatts want their lives to point students and families to Christ and show that following Jesus is the greatest adventure.

Young Adult Leaders
Tony & Julie Denton
Tony and Julie Denton have been in ministry for 15 years, working for the Kingdom in almost every facet from preaching, teaching, evangelizing, and even counseling. In their early years, they traveled and preached the word predominately in the Southeast. As their ministry progressed, they felt the calling of the Lord to be more centralized. Although being offered pastoral positions, Pastor Tony and Julie didn't feel led to accept them. Their ministry has been based on strict bible beliefs, going back from teachings of a young age. With love for all at the center of their ministry, their focus on young adults at this time, they both feel deeply about calling and destiny outweighing clerical qualification. They believe God can use anybody, anywhere, at anytime as long as they are willing. Their four boys are one of their most powerful driving forces; Tony III, Levi, Silas, and Caleb. As God has sharpened them as a whole and polished them as individuals, they are now embarking on a new path. With passions high on a united front, they are starting their journey at VCOG as the new young adult pastors.
